A matinee and evening show will be available and there will be opportunities to meet the artists and see the works up close.

AWAF Calls for Funds to Support Artists
It's no secret that the arts industry has been one of the hardest hit during the COVID-19 Pandemic. After an enforced hiatus last year, the Australian Wearable Arts Festival team is now firmly focused on the future, and is encouraging the community to rally around our Artists and place a greater value on the benefit they provide. Donations to support the festival can be made through Sunshine Coast Arts Foundation.
Imagine Gaultier meets Picasso
Wearable Art Masterpieces will once again walk the catwalk in 2022. Limited only by their extraordinary imaginations designers and artists of a variety of genres will create 40 wearable art pieces that will once again excite and amaze the Sunshine Coast
Costume designers, fashion designers, seamstresses and sculptors are set to be part of our national showcase of wearable art. Australia’s most exciting artists and designers will judge the festival entries, lending their expertise and imagination to decide who and what will take home the prizes.
