This is Australia’s preeminent showcase of wearable art located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland and 2027 marks the event’s seventh year.

It was mind-blowing! I literally felt like I was on the edge of my seat all night. I felt really proud of the Sunshine Coast and Queensland entrants and was blown away by the international talent too!
I loved the diversity of the garments. Being able to see the garments up close and talk to the models and creators. I also liked that each entry was presented as its own performance, with specific music and choreography.
We had never been before and from the first minute it blew our minds. It was the most amazing event and loved that we could meet the artists and models during the breaks. To be able to hear them talk about their creations and see the artists up close made it very special.
So impressed with the professionalism; the creativity on display and the super-long catwalk which allowed a great opportunity to really see the wearable art on display. The models were fantastic and the narration of each piece was great!
What an incredible display of artistic and fashion design talent, a walking, moving art exhibition that could compete with any catwalk event anywhere.
It's inspiring to learn about how these artists turn everyday rubbish or other items into fantastic (wearable) pieces of art! Incredible actually!
Such an explosion of creativity and the joyful participation of everybody involved.
From the moment we arrived, the event was a buzz.
I really enjoyed the backstage tour as I gained an appreciation of how much is involved in the event.
